With 37 years of experience, Shri Ladu Ram Bangur is a Commerce Graduate and the promoter director of the company. He oversees overall operations and growth, bringing vast expertise in the woolen industry, manufacturing, and expansions.
Under his leadership, the company has achieved significant milestones in quality, innovation, and market expansion. His strategic vision has played a crucial role in transforming the company into a leading player in the textile industry, ensuring sustainable growth and operational excellence.
Vice Chairman
A Commerce Graduate and LL.B., Mr. Krishan Gopal Bangur has 35 years of experience. He co-founded the woolens division and manages its operations, forex transactions, and the cotton spinning unit, specializing in woolen yarn and cotton industry manufacturing and marketing.
His deep understanding of global trade and financial management has contributed to the company’s resilience in dynamic market conditions. By integrating modern technology and sustainable practices, he has strengthened the company's competitive edge in domestic and international markets.
Executive Director
With 3 years of experience and an MBA, Mr. Ayush Bangur successfully launched the recycled fiber unit, enhancing the company’s self-sufficiency. He oversees the fiber division and synthetic yarn segment.
His innovative approach and focus on sustainability have driven the growth of eco-friendly fiber production. By integrating advanced recycling technologies, he has contributed to the company’s environmental responsibility and long-term sustainability goals..

An MBA with 10 years of experience, Mr. Ritesh Bangur established the cotton shirting division within the denim unit, specializing in cotton shirting fabric marketing.
His strategic initiatives have positioned the company as a key player in the premium cotton shirting segment. By fostering collaborations and exploring new markets, he has expanded the company’s global footprint and brand recognition.
Managing Director
With 25 years of experience and a Postgraduate degree, Mr. Jayesh Bangur co-founded the weaving division. He has significant expertise in fabric marketing.
His insights into consumer preferences and market trends have driven the company’s product innovation and diversification. By strengthening supply chain networks and leveraging digital platforms, he has enhanced the company’s market presence and customer engagement.
Managing Director
A Commerce Graduate and Chartered Accountant with 27 years of experience, Mr. Nilesh Bangur leads the spinning, denim, and recycled fiber divisions, focusing on operations, expansion, and growth.
His strong financial acumen and operational strategies have fueled the company’s expansion into new product lines and markets. He has been instrumental in modernizing manufacturing processes and adopting eco-friendly initiatives, reinforcing the company’s commitment to sustainability.

With 30 years of experience, Mr. Durgesh Bangur, a Commerce Graduate, co-founded the processing division. He manages banking, government relations, and the division’s growth, bringing extensive expertise in the processing industry.
